Managing a career is tough enough, but adding ADHD into the mix can make things feel even harder. If you're finding it difficult to communicate with superiors and colleagues, stay organized, meet deadlines, or stay on top of daily activities, I’m here to help you create strategies that fit your unique strengths. Together, we’ll find a way to manage your work life and make your career feel more fulfilling.
What we’ll focus on:

✽ Improving your organizational skills to get things done
✽ Learning how to advocate for yourself at work
✽ Managing your time and tasks more effectively
You’ll feel more efficient, confident, and capable of balancing both work and personal life without burning out.
Big changes like a new job, a move, or dating can bring up a lot of uncertainty. If you’re feeling unsure or stuck, we can work together to help you find your truth and confidence. We’ll work through your thoughts and feelings, and I’ll support you in making decisions that align with your authenticity.
What we’ll focus on:

✽ Building self-esteem and trusting your own decisions
✽ Gaining confidence in making big choices
✽ Finding a clear direction during uncertain times
You’ll feel more confident and clear about your next steps, empowered to embrace change and make decisions that align with your values.
Low self-esteem and people-pleasing tendencies can affect how you show up in your relationships. As we work through this, we'll also explore how your friendships and connections are impacted. By setting healthier boundaries and learning to express your needs, you’ll show up more successfully in relationships - creating space for more supportive, fulfilling connections.
What we’ll focus on:
✽ Building confidence in your relationships and friendships
✽ Learning to express your needs and communicate effectively
✽ Managing impulses to avoid reacting out of fear or guilt
✽ Setting healthy boundaries to prioritize yourself
You’ll feel more confident, empowered to express your needs, and able to prioritize yourself without guilt.
Relationships where one or both individuals are neurodivergent can present unique challenges, from communication hurdles to emotional overload. Whether you’re feeling disconnected or struggling with emotional reactions, I’m here to help you work through it. We’ll focus on deepening your connection, improving understanding, and finding strategies that work for both of you.

✽ Improving impulse control to manage reactions in the moment
✽ Strengthening communication and emotional connection
You and your partner will feel more connected, understood, and supported, with clearer communication and stronger emotional intimacy.
01
Start with a Consultation
First, we will meet for a 15-minute consultation so I can hear more about your symptoms and reasons for starting therapy at this time. I will also share about my style, explore and set expectations, and review pricing/schedule. If we are a good fit, we can schedule our first session.
02
Getting to Know You
In our first session, we will work through the intake questionnaire and I will acquire all necessary information to start our therapy work together. At this session we will talk about frequency of the sessions and determine your preliminary goals.
03
Beginning Treatment
During our initial 60-minute sessions we will start setting goals, talking through your thoughts and feelings in the context of what you’re hoping to improve, and you will walk away from the sessions with resources or homework that are applicable to you.

Session fee
Patient Portal
Once we start working together, you’ll get access to a secure client portal through my practice platform, Jane. You can use it to manage appointments, handle billing, and download superbills if needed.
Sliding Scale
I offer a limited number of sliding scale spots. Feel free to reach out if cost is a concern — I’m happy to talk through options.
Out-of-Network Support
I can help support you through the process of getting reimbursed in a timely manner with the help of Thrizer. Thrizer works by acting as a payment method that links with your health insurance to verify how much your insurance will cover for out-of-network therapy. With Thrizer, you only pay your responsibility for your sessions and Thriver will cover the rest of the session cost.
