Supporting Millennials & Gen-Z in New York Through ADHD, Anxiety, and Life Transitions
My journey to becoming a therapist is shaped by my own experiences, which helps me truly understand the challenges many of my clients face. I’m passionate about this work because I believe in the power of personal growth and helping others feel confident, capable, and connected, whether in their career, school, or relationships.
What keeps me inspired is seeing my clients learn about themselves and grow in ways they didn’t think were possible. I love creating a space where you can feel supported, accepted for who you are, and truly validated in your experiences.
I’m passionate about creating a therapeutic experience that is individualized and super personal to your own needs and goals. I take a solutions-oriented approach, aiming to help you experience relief early on, often within the first few sessions. I like to offer small, practical steps like homework assignments or thinking points to keep the progress going between sessions. Being born and raised in New York, you can trust that I won’t shy away from warmly challenging you to help you grow!
Although New York will always be home, I moved to Hawaii in 2021 to experience a change of lifestyle at a much different pace. My favorite ways to spend my time are trying challenging hikes, running with friends, and anything in the ocean. I’m passionate about traveling and want to immerse myself in as many places as possible. I love learning about different cultures, seeing new landscapes, and exploring cities. I have an endless list of the next places I want to go and the mountains I want to traverse when I’m there.
Moving, traveling, and exercise have lead to some of the most rewarding moments of my life. I have seen the positive impact nature and movement have on my own mental health and I try to incorporate the whole person into my therapy sessions as well.
